Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Integrated Manufacturing Ops Architect Manager for its US Supply Chain & Network Operations group. You will lead discussions on iMOM solutions for refinery/chemicals, translate business needs into functional specs, and design data flows across MES, SCADA, LIMS, PLM, and ERP.

You will mentor teams, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and travel ~50% to client sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of experience implementing refining and chemicals manufacturing systems across operations, engineering, HSSE, and maintenance.
Experience with Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management (iMOM) in refining and chemicals.
Process integration experience.
Experience across IT and OT layers in the refining and chemicals manufacturing landscape.
Experience supporting 5+ implementations of refining and chemicals systems.
Ability to travel 50% on average.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

Discuss iMOM solutions with senior leaders in refinery/chemical environments.
Lead requirements, translate business needs into specs, user stories and test scenarios.
Map current and future-state manufacturing processes per ISA-95/ISA-88.
Define functional blueprints for MES/SCADA/LIMS/PLM integrations with ERP.
Liaise across plant operations, IT, and vendors to design data flows.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and innovative solutions.
