Job summary

Camco Manufacturing in Greensboro, NC seeks an FP&A Manager to serve as the financial partner to operations leadership. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close variance analysis while building driver-based models linking activity to outcomes.

Responsibilities include capex planning, ROI/NPV/IRR analyses, and cross-functional project management to drive cost savings and improved performance. Strong Excel, ERP, and BI tooling are required in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience supporting operations or manufacturing.
• Experience building capex business cases and ROI/NPV/IRR analyses.
• Strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP and BI/planning tools.

Responsibilities

• FP&A leadership: own budgeting, forecasting, and close variance analysis.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and plant leadership for decision support.
• Lead capex planning end-to-end, including business-case development and tracking.
• Build ROI/NPV/IRR analyses and guide go/no-go decisions.
• Manage cross-functional finance projects and KPI dashboards for execs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor realization against targets.
