Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. seeks a senior finance leader to direct all Finance & Accounting activities for the manufacturing site.

You will partner with the Plant Head and leadership to ensure accurate IFRS reporting, strong internal controls, and optimization of working capital and cash flow. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory management, and capital investment, while guiding audits and ensuring compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Finance & Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing and multi-site operations preferred.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads all Finance & Accounting activities for the manufacturing site.
• Owns monthly financial close, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Leads audits, working capital management, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
