ROIS in Phoenix is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with site leadership on financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory controls, budgeting, and forecasting. This role offers visibility across operations, supply chain, procurement, and executive teams.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing finance experience, strong accounting skills, and the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business decisions. Experience with SAP and US GAAP is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of SAP experience.
• 5+ years in finance or accounting with progressive roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• US GAAP and SOX knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Maintain product costs within SAP.
• Analyze manufacturing variances, WIP, PPV, and inventory reserves.
• Support inventory management, cycle counts, and inventory audit activities.
• Present financial results and KPIs in site meetings.
