Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Strong cost system background with strong analytical skills; solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; JD Edwards experience highly desired.
• Experience with continuous improvement (Six Sigma/Lean).

Responsibilities

• Create and refine standard cost models for products, materials, labor, and overhead.
• Ensure controls for inventory, COGS, variances, and reconciliations.
• Review part costs to reflect actual manufacturing costs.
• Establish standard labor and overhead rates with plant controller annually.
• Analyze monthly gross margins by product with management.
• Assist cost reduction programs with engineering and operations teams.
• Provide cost estimates for new/special products and budgeting.
• Maintain Bills of Materials and Routings accuracy across sites.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability modeling.
