Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong manufacturing and cost accounting experience.
• Experience with revenue recognition in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory and manufacturing costs.
• Experience working with external auditors.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost accounting and analysis for manufacturing operations.
• Partner with Operations to understand production activity and related costs.
• Support revenue recognition and manufacturing accounting.
• Analyze costs, inventory and operating variances.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Assist with external audit requirements.
• Help improve accounting processes and reporting.
