Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Controller at our North Kingstown, RI facility to lead financial reporting and close processes.

You will oversee GAAP-compliant statements, the general ledger, and period-end close, while partnering with operations to optimize costs and profitability. As a senior finance leader, you will mentor the accounting team, strengthen internal controls and audits, and provide strategic analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred.
• MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage the general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and period-end close processes.
• Ensure timely submission of financial data to the Director of Finance for consolidation and reporting to senior leadership.
• Supervise cost accounting functions, including standard costing, variance analysis, and margin reporting.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with operations on cost, yield, and variances.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies, controls, and compliance including audits.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, delegate responsibilities, and foster continuous improvement.
• Provide financial analysis and support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business partnering.
