Job summary

Better Planet and Warehouse Sales & Services is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls across multiple entities. The role requires hands-on manufacturing accounting expertise and a strategic financial leadership mindset.

The successful candidate will partner with the CEO and department heads to drive profitability, manage budget processes, and ensure accurate financial statements in a demanding manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
• Hands-on manufacturing cost accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GL, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with internal controls and risk management.
• Willingness to work on-site in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage manufacturing cost accounting and inventory valuation.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital management.
• Collaborate with CEO and departments to improve financial performance.
