The Bolton Group is seeking a senior accounting leader to own the month-end close process, review results, and explain variances. You will drive standardization across plants, develop SOPs, and leverage production data to influence strategic decisions and strengthen controls.

The ideal candidate has a CPA, 8+ years in manufacturing or multi-entity environments, and a proven track record of leading teams while applying standard costing methodologies in SAP or similar ERP systems (HFM preferred).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing or multi-entity environments.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a team; strong leadership skills.
• Deep knowledge of standard costing accounting methodology, SAP or similar ERP; HFM preferred.
