You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across finance, administration, and technology, drive process improvements, and contribute to strategic planning. The role offers a hybrid schedule with offices in Washington, DC and other locations, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field.
• JD (preferred).
• 10+ years of legal/law firm experience within practice management.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
• Excellent communication with clients and lawyers; deliverables, deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide internally and externally facing support to improve key client relationships.
• Oversee client service, relationship support, and billing or collections issues.
• Oversee pitch and proposal activity, budgeting, and adherence to client guidelines.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver client service and operational excellence.
