Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Manager, Market Access Contract Operations to lead contract implementation, pricing, eligibility, and rebates, while driving process improvements across teams. The role also oversees outsourced services and ensures data quality and compliance in a growing portfolio.

This position blends hands-on execution with strategic oversight, requiring strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on operational excellence in a hybrid in-office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years in contract management, pricing, or Market Access in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience with contract administration or revenue management systems; Model N preferred.
• Experience driving cross-functional accountability with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute contract implementation and maintenance in assigned areas.
• Oversee payments for chargebacks and rebates; resolve disputes with internal and external partners.
• Manage outsourced Contract Operations services and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Design QA, reconciliation, and monitoring processes; investigate discrepancies and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with Commercial Ops, Finance, Digital, and Sales for smooth workflows.
• Lead reporting of metrics and dashboards on timeliness, data quality, and performance.
• Ensure SOX controls are met and support audits and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain SOPs, governance, logs, training materials, and continuity practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and streamline contracting processes.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools with human judgment within data governance policies.
