You will drive process improvements, oversee outsourced services, and partner with internal teams and external wholesalers to ensure timely settlements and accurate data.

The role emphasizes SOX controls, governance, and scalable procedures; a 70/30 in-office work model supports collaboration and mentorship in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years in contract management, pricing, or Market Access in pharma/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain contracts and pricing terms across systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely payments for chargebacks and rebates; resolve disputes with partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth workflow and governance.
• Develop and report operational metrics and dashboards; monitor timeliness, backlog, data quality, and outcomes.
• Ensure SOX controls are met and support audits and compliance initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of contracting processes and operational efficiency.
