Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Marketing, or Patient Services.
• Experience managing a team of Case Managers or similar roles.
• Strong technical skills with various CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activity of program operations and staff.
• Mobilize internal and external stakeholders for program design.
• Monitor and report on program statistics and metrics.
