Job summary

Iberdrola Group in Orange, CT seeks a Manager for Conservation & Load Management to lead the Finance, Reporting and Regulatory team delivering energy efficiency programs in CT and MA. You will drive financial results, regulatory filings, and program performance reporting to stakeholders.

The role requires a strong background in finance, accounting, and regulatory processes, with leadership capabilities and experience navigating a matrixed utility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years in finance, accounting or regulatory roles.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; demonstrated leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to coordinate across groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the Finance, Reporting and Regulatory team within CLM.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, performance incentives, and accruals processes.
• Oversee financial and program performance reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and Avangrid/Company policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Engage with regulators and external governance stakeholders as needed.
