Job summary

Iberdrola SA in Orange, CT seeks a Manager of Conservation & Load Management to lead the Finance, Reporting and Regulatory team, ensuring accurate financial results and regulatory compliance for CLM programs in CT and MA. The role collaborates with multiple departments and external stakeholders to optimize program delivery and maximize shareholder value.

The position reports to the Senior Manager of Delivery of CLM Programs and Products and requires a strong background in finance, accounting,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
Eight (8) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong business and financial acumen; excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Finance, Reporting and Regulatory team within CLM to maximize program delivery value.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, Performance Management Incentives and accrual processes with internal/external stakeholders.
Oversee regulatory deliverables, ensure accuracy, on-time delivery and compliance.
Draft content for filings, coordinate with compliance and other stakeholders, ensure completeness.
Provide supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
