• Effective documentation and review of engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering staff and set department objectives.
• Develop performance measures and drive productivity improvements.
• Perform detailed assessments of T&D systems to determine needs and risks.
• Plan short- and long-range strategies for reliability and capacity.
• Prioritize system-wide and circuit-level improvements and investments.
• Coordinate regulatory rate cases and provide expert testimony when needed.
