Job summary

Air Force Test Center at Edwards AFB, CA is seeking a full-time Management Analyst (NH-0343-03) to support the 412th Logistics Readiness Squadron. The role involves designing and conducting research and analysis on manpower, programs, and special projects to improve productivity and efficiency.

Ability to plan and execute complex, multi-faceted projects and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Designs and conducts comprehensive research and analysis studies related to manpower, personnel, awards, commercial activities studies (A-76), and/or special projects.
Develops detailed plans (many without precedent and long-range) and directs or conducts comprehensive management studies to identify problems and propose solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
Anticipates problems, develops sound solutions and action plans to ensure program/mission accomplishment.
Gathers data and prepares written reports/or briefings.
Serves as the organizational Security Manager. Implements DOD, USAF, and MAJCOM policies and develops local procedures.
Conducts reviews and damage assessments. Reviews security incidents and assists in determining appropriate corrective action.
