Job summary

Air Force Materiel Command in the United States is seeking a Supply Systems Analyst to analyze, evaluate, and promote improvements in plans, methods, procedures, and computer systems. This role also serves as a Mobility Air Forces (MAF) Supply Systems Analyst for systems located at locations throughout the world, requiring collaboration across diverse teams and global sites.

Applicants must meet OPM qualifications, including specialized experience at NH-01/GS-04 or higher, or a relevant degree

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for identifying and resolving issues related to efficiency and effectiveness of the program and/or strategic sourcing.
• Ability to apply knowledge of agency missions to evaluate current strategies and performance.
• Understanding of performance-based logistics, procurement procedures, and related support areas.
• Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing, and maintain good relations with stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and manage groups to resolve problems and deploy lean concepts in problem resolution.
• Ability to interpret complex DoD, USAF, AFMC and AFSC regulations and develop procedures as required.
