Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal HR management functions and how to advise leaders on HR policies and workforce matters.
• Ability to analyze HR/workforce data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with manpower, staffing, position management, and personnel actions.

Responsibilities

• Serves as HR advisor to WSA leadership on organizational design, position management, classification, and staffing.
• Conducts research and analysis on civilian and military manning requirements and related projects.
• Interprets and implements HR program initiatives affecting multiple organizations.
• Maintains HR information using automated tools to produce spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
• Interacts with managers to define problems and develop strategies for resolving manning and personnel issues.
