Dynamo Technologies, LLC is seeking a qualified Management Analyst / Action Officer to join our team in support of the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC). The successful candidate will provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to AFSC Logistics (AFSC/LG), assisting in project analysis, workflow management, and operational support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) is preferred.
• Strong briefing, writing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Advisory and Assistance Services to AFSC/LG and support project analysis.
• Develop briefing charts and presentations for senior leadership.
• Manage suspense tasks, deadlines, and calendars to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee records management and ensure security-compliant documentation.
• Coordinate security inspections and travel/train logistics for AFSC personnel.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint and Teams sites for team collaboration.
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars for senior leadership.
• Coordinate tasking and information routing across teams and organizations.
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Prepare comprehensive response packages for higher-level review and approval.
