Job summary

Aptive is seeking a Management Analyst to support health system transformation, implementation and operations for the VA’s ESCb initiative within the VHA. The role emphasizes data-driven evaluation of benefit implementation, development of SOPs, and cross-team collaboration to inform leadership decisions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in healthcare administration and policy implementation in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, healthcare administration, project management, process engineering, business or data analysis, change management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, management, statistics, analytics, finance, or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support program design, audits, and evaluations across a range of task areas including program analysis, data analysis, strategy development, meeting coordination, metrics development, and risk management.
• Organize and prioritize work effectively, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and adapt as client needs evolve.
• Present findings, analyses, and proposed solutions in client-facing meetings and working sessions, adapting communication style for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate and collaborate across multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
