Job summary

Aptive is seeking a full-time Operations Analyst to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) with lean, rapid decision-making processes across governance structures. The role focuses on design, analysis, and communications support for EHRM Tier 1 SME teams and council activities in Washington, D.C.

The ideal candidate has experience engaging executive stakeholders, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Track EHR Council actions and elevate identified risks.
• Contribute to solving complex Council issues and drive rapid decision-making for Tier 1.
• Facilitate and document meetings for VHA EHRM Tier 1 SME Teams, Workgroups and stakeholders.
• Provide status updates to Tier 1 SME Team Co-Leads about tasks and ownership.
• Update leadership on SME activities, issues, and process improvements.
