Job summary

Aptive seeks a senior operations professional to support analysis, design, and implementation of business processes within the VHA, applying governance, measurement, and change-management practices to deliver durable improvements.

The role focuses on assessing current and future state operations, developing new workflows, and monitoring improvements to ensure sustained alignment with VHA policies and mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Health Systems Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in a large-scale government integrated healthcare system with substantive Veterans healthcare program involvement.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing operational challenges and implementing effective process redesign strategies.
