Job summary

Xenith Solutions is seeking a Management Analyst (Journeyman) to provide critical programmatic and administrative support to the U.S. Border Patrol. You will ensure effective acquisition lifecycle activities and assist PMOD's mission by delivering data-driven insights and making recommendations for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of related experience along with a Bachelor's degree, supporting the management of program performance and strategic decision-making vital to border security operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in program analysis and management support.
• Experience in developing reports and briefings for senior leadership.
• Ability to evaluate organizational processes and recommend improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic, analytical, and administrative support for USBP.
• Conduct organizational analyses and develop reports for PMOD leadership.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
