Job summary

Far West Federal Holding, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to lead contractor-side analysis and quality control for CBP programs under the PPMSS contract, supporting the BPAM PMO, USBP, and AMO. You will coordinate analysts, standardize reporting templates, and advise government clients on portfolio trends and data gaps.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and eight+ years of relevant experience; IBM TRIRIGA and SAP experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree may be offset by experience with COR approval.
• 8+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience leading program analysis for federal facilities or real-property programs preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills for senior-leader briefings.
• IBM TRIRIGA and SAP experience highly preferred.
• Experience developing risk-management processes and mentoring analysts.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, within government-designated hours; no overtime.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned Program Analysts, standardize templates and data definitions, and review reports before submission.
• Lead quality checks of portfolio data and project documents; identify gaps and mentor analysts.
• Facilitate meetings, develop agendas, track actions, prepare minutes, and communicate status.
• Support acquisition timelines, milestones, plans, and performance measures; assist with SOWs, SOOs, and PWSs.
• Support market research, determinations and findings, and analyses of vendors; assist IGCEs and lifecycle-cost studies.
• Gather information from SMEs, analyze data, and prepare standard and ad hoc briefings on costs.
• Prepare inputs for monthly leadership updates and project reviews.
• Maintain BPAM real-property portfolio in TRIRIGA or successor; validate asset records.
• Prepare the Real Property Management Report with replacement values and space-use data.
• Support a portfolio-analysis database covering regional conditions and maintenance requirements.
• Oversee projects from initiation to closeout; track cost, schedule, performance, and reviews.
• Lead support for construction-portfolio risk-management; develop risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Oversee quarterly reports and weekly execution plan updates.
