Job summary

Fed95, LLC, is hiring a Management Analyst to support the PMW-200 Aviation Log IT program with DoD obligations. The role offers remote work with required travel and involves crafting strategic communications, data analysis, and documentation management for Navy, Army, and DoD transformation objectives.

The successful candidate will have US citizenship, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain Secret clearance, while leveraging strong MS Office skills and DoD familiarity to deliver briefs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strategic communications experience within a large, cross functional organization.
• Expert in Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability to quickly adapt focus and problem solve to meet evolving work demands.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and extensive background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic communication plans for PMW-200 Aviation Log IT logistics capabilities.
• Review and update communication plans.
• Prepare and coordinate high-quality documents for signature or collaboration.
• Provide administrative services and support for workshops and conferences when necessary.
• Establish and maintain filing systems per Naval Correspondence Manual and manage document control.
• Perform SharePoint Online tasks including libraries, groups, permissions.
• Develop and maintain task tracking systems and data reporting.
