Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working at DoD or DISA.
• PMP preferred.
• Lean, ITIL, DESMF, CMMI, or equivalent.
• Tools: SharePoint / ServiceNow / collaboration platforms already in the DISA environment.

Responsibilities

• Map business workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct strategic analysis aligning emerging technologies with long-term goals.
• Ensure new process integrations meet security and governance standards.
• Interview stakeholders to capture feedback and document findings.
• Analyze feedback against criteria and identify trends.
• Establish performance metrics and provide improvement recommendations.
• Develop white papers and conduct research.
• Recommend process optimizations using tools/technologies.
• Design change management plans with stakeholder analysis and training.
