Responsibilities

• Develops goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards for the department.
• Plans and oversees complex programs, projects, and initiatives with regulatory compliance.
• Oversees budget development, financial administration and reporting, and grants management.
• Provides staff assistance, research, and prepares technical, fiscal, and administrative studies.
• Serves as liaison with employees, public, and private organizations; handles inquiries and resolves problems.
• Directs the work of assigned personnel and consultants; reviews work for accuracy and efficiency.
