Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, economics, planning, finance, or related field.
• Five years of professional administrative and analytical experience in municipal government.
• Proven expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements goals, objectives, policies, procedures, work standards, and administrative control systems.
• Plans, coordinates, and oversees complex programs and initiatives, including regulatory compliance; coordinates with agencies as needed.
• Coordinates and performs professional-level administrative work in budget development, financial administration, and reporting; HR, grants, purchasing, contracts, analysis.
• Develops and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs; monitors workload and systems; recommends improvements.
• Administers program budgets, including cost containment and grant disbursement.
• Conducts analytical and operational studies; evaluates alternatives and supports implementation of changes.
• Provides staff support and prepares comprehensive studies, surveys, and reports for boards and committees; presents information.
