Qualifications

• BS or Master’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or consulting, preferably in a market access, commercial, medical, clinical, or R&D role.
• Previous experience with the design, setup, and execution of a managed access program preferred.
• Clear proficiency in project management including creating a project plan and leading review meetings.
• Knowledge and interest in oncology or rare diseases.
• Basic understanding of the drug development process.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop managed access programs through collaboration with prospective pharmaceutical company partners.
• Define inclusion/exclusion criteria and other program requirements.
• Participate in discussions on pricing strategy and program implications.
• Educate on regulatory requirements for countries in scope.
• Develop program materials and presentations to support business development or account management activities.
• Manage program implementation until fully up and running and oversee client relationships.
