Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated success personally securing five-, six-, and seven-figure major gifts.
• Direct experience with capital or comprehensive campaigns, including donor strategy, solicitation, and campaign management.
• Expertise in moves management and major gifts practice, from pipeline development through stewardship.
• Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills, with a collaborative and self-directed leadership style.
• Bilingual fluency in two or more languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, coordination, and execution for the Lycée’s $10 million capital and endowment campaign.
• Manage a portfolio of leading prospects and personally cultivate, solicit, and close six-and seven-figure gifts.
• Design and build a sustainable major gifts program with clear goals, metrics, and moves management practices.
• Partner with the Head of School, Director of Advancement, trustees, and campaign volunteers on donor strategy and solicitations.
• Strengthen the prospect pipeline, fundraising systems, donor stewardship, and reporting needed to support long-term philanthropic growth.
