Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts. In this role you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around HCM initiatives for companies with 50 -- 150 employees.

You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying, outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales recommended.
• Military experience valuable for teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and reach sales goals in your geography.
• Sell ADP's cloud-based HR solutions to executives.
• Manage multiple sales cycles from prospecting to implementation.
• Document and forecast the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams and act as ADP ambassador.
