Top Echelon LLC seeks a dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance and Reliability Team at a coastal facility in Mount Pleasant, SC. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and asset integrity across plant operations.

You will oversee preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs, CMMS, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize uptime while driving cost optimization and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering degree with 8+ years in Maintenance/Reliability, including team management in PSM-regulated plants.
• Proven expertise in reliability, maintenance management, and asset lifecycle optimization.
• Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Develop and enhance preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance.
• Oversee maintenance tasks, reliability projects, and monitor asset performance metrics.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS to maximize uptime.
• Manage CMMS, spare parts inventory, and planning/scheduling systems.
• Support capital projects, participate in design reviews, and oversee new equipment installations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, API, ASME, and ISO standards.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team in maintenance and reliability best practices.
• Facilitate PHAs and implement recommended actions.
• Promote sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost optimization.
