The role requires deep SAP PM expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams, including maintenance, operations, IT, and training, while traveling up to 15% as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in chemical plant or refinery operations or maintenance.
• 5+ years in maintenance planning, scheduling, or supervisory roles.
• Strong understanding of maintenance lifecycle: work id, planning, scheduling, execution, closeout.

Responsibilities

• Analyze maintenance work processes at sites and implement improvements.
• Assess maintenance organizations and identify opportunities to strengthen performance.
• Close gaps across full maintenance workflow and promote best practices.
• Develop methods to improve time and cost estimate accuracy using standards and tools.
• Create procedures and training materials to support planning, scheduling, and execution.
