Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or certificate in Business Management, Project Management, Facility Management or 5 years of supervision work experience.

• Experience with CMMS and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and lead maintenance activities using CMMS.
• Assess scope, priorities, safety requirements, and permits for projects.
• Prepare activity packages with parts, tools, instructions, and drawings.
• Evaluate feasibility of internal vs contracted maintenance work.
• Generate RFQs and manage procurement processes.
