Job summary

Nestlé USA in Wisconsin (Burlington) is seeking a Maintenance Planner to schedule the Maintenance and Engineering team's work. You will base decisions on CMMS data, prepare efficient plans for Preventive, Predictive, and Project/Backlog maintenance, and coordinate parts and labor with production schedules.

You will support line mechanics and technicians, drive continuous improvement projects, and ensure safety and food-safety constraints are met.

Qualifications

The candidate has a 2-year technical or AA degree; a Bachelor’s is preferred.
Experience in a Manufacturing, Maintenance, & Engineering environment is required.
Experience as a Maintenance Planner and coordinating maintenance with production is preferred.
CMMS experience with SAP, Maximo, MP2, MLS or similar systems is expected.

Responsibilities

Plan Predictive, Preventive, and Condition Based Maintenance with production input.
Manage CMMS data including BOMs and PMs during modifications or additions.
Monitor work order backlog and schedule backlog work timely.
Monitor data entry in SAP and provide training for quality information.
Evaluate notifications with Maintenance Manager to convert to Work Orders.
Monitor Workorder Completion and Schedule Compliance for system health.
Drive continuous improvement projects with operations and engineering.
