Responsibilities

• Screen incoming work orders and identify basic requirements and planning needs.
• Prepare detailed job packages for craftsmen to enable safe and efficient work.
• Preview and audit repairs under the work order process and ensure documentation at completion.
• Plan and schedule unit outages using Microsoft Project.
• Lead the consolidation of outage work into a single integrated schedule.
• Specify and order parts and materials for planned repairs.
• Develop scopes of work, solicit bids, and coordinate contracted work as needed.
• Operate within planning systems and pursue continuous improvement.
• Keep BOMs current in CMMS and interface with all operating departments.
• Support safety and environmental compliance across activities.
