• Experience in industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates non-emergency work requests, defines scope of work, and inspects job location.
• Estimates labor hours, skillsets, parts, materials, and tools for proactive jobs.
• Gathers technical documentation and ensures parts availability before scheduling.
• Maintains a prioritized work order backlog and ready backlog above 80%.
• Uses continuous improvement to update job plans.
• Conducts weekly planning and scheduling meetings with Production.
• Creates a weekly technician schedule to utilize 100% of available labor.
• Improves planning and scheduling through reviews and metrics.
• Maintains records for analysis and reporting.
• Trains site employees on CMMS usage.
