Job summary

Envases US Aluminum Division seeks an experienced Maintenance Planner/Scheduler for our Waco, TX facility, manufacturing aluminum beverage cans. You will manage work orders, scope jobs with field walk-downs, and coordinate parts, tools, and safety permits to ensure efficient production.

The role emphasizes strong CMMS usage, scheduling across shifts, and collaboration with maintenance techs and supervisors in a high-speed environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in a Maintenance Planning or Scheduling role, preferably in high-speed, continuous manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance work requests and convert them into executable work orders.
• Conduct field walk-downs to determine scope including labor hours, tools, and safety risks.
• Identify and reserve spare parts and track deliveries from inventory.
• Create standardized, detailed job plans for repetitive and critical maintenance tasks.
• Develop weekly and daily maintenance schedules with Production Supervisors to minimize downtime.
