Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related skilled trade certifications.
• 5+ years in maintenance or industrial utilities; planner experience preferred.
• AMM and CMMS experience; CMMS Super User/ SME preferred.
• Weekend/holiday support and readiness to respond to critical issues.

Responsibilities

• Create planned work schedules with resources for maintenance technicians (up to 20 technicians).
• Leverage resources to reduce unplanned stoppages and improve reliability.
• Manage CMMS data (FLOC, BOMs, PMs) for modifications and improvements.
• Monitor data entry in SAP/AMM; provide training for quality information.
• Coordinate NCE initiatives and TPM/M&I objectives with operations and engineering.
• Develop and coach maintenance resources to drive results and align with factory plans.
