Job summary

Nestlé USA in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize and plan maintenance jobs for a defined set of equipment. Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, you will manage work orders, PMs, and parts, to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

You will coordinate with crafts, prepare BOMs, estimate costs, and generate performance reports (OEE/WEV). Proficiency with SAP, CMMS, and Excel is required, along with strong communication skills and attention to safety.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CMMS.
• Experience with PM programs and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to analyze downtime and improve OEE.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders and PMs.
• Coordinate repairs and overhauls with crafts.
• Prepare BOMs and cost estimates.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports.
• Maintain equipment history in CMMS.
