Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring a Maintenance Planner to schedule maintenance activities for the Maintenance and Engineering teams in a manufacturing environment. You will base decisions on CMMS data and coordinate with production scheduling, ensuring parts availability and labor resources for preventive, predictive, and project maintenance.

The role requires a 2-year technical or AA degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

2-year Technical or AA Degree required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan all Predictive, Preventive, and Condition Based Maintenance in coordination with production. Ensure resource availability and prioritize critical works.
Manage CMMS data (BOMs, PMs) and ensure accurate entry of maintenance details.
Monitor work order backlog and schedule backlog work to maintain a healthy flow.
Audit mechanic data entry in SAP and provide training for meaningful information.
Evaluate notifications with Maintenance Manager and convert to Work Orders or provide feedback.
Track work order completion, backlog, and schedule compliance to ensure system health.
Drive continuous improvement projects in collaboration with operations and engineering.
