Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring a Maintenance Planner to schedule maintenance activities for the Maintenance and Engineering team. You will develop detailed work orders, allocate materials, and coordinate with technicians to ensure on-time execution.

In this role, you will support CMMS data integrity, drive continuous improvement projects, and collaborate across departments to optimize M&I costs. The position requires strong communication and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical certification.
• 5+ years in maintenance or industrial utility environments.
• Experience in AMM/CMMS systems as a Super User/SME.
• Experience implementing maintenance best practices and NCE methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create planned maintenance schedules for up to 20 technicians.
• Leverage resources to reduce unplanned stoppages.
• Maintain CMMS data accuracy (FLOC, BOMs, PMs).
• Support KPI and CMMS reporting and analysis.
