Constellation is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize labor, materials and resources for safe, reliable outage and non-outage activities at our Maryland facilities. The role emphasizes collaboration with station teams, adherence to codes and standards, and delivering work packages on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience.
• SRO license with 5 years related experience.
• Associate degree with 7 years related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years related experience.
• OSHA and environmental regulations knowledge.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Maintain access requirements and medical clearance as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Prepares work instructions for the Maintenance Department for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and modifications.
• Develops and coordinates short- and long-term maintenance schedules with all station departments and external resources.
• Conducts field walkdowns to identify and analyze corrective and preventive maintenance and modifications.
• Defines procedures, drawings, equipment and materials for planned work packages; facilitates package preparation.
• Verifies work instructions comply with all applicable procedures, codes and standards.
• Interfaces with others to identify and resolve work package issues.
• Performs duties including emergency response and outage support as directed.
