Job summary

Indorama Ventures Intermediate Chemicals in Westlake, LA seeks a Maintenance Planner to create and manage weekly and daily maintenance schedules, using job plans and progress updates. You will optimize labor capacity and coordinate with site Operations Maintenance Coordinators to select upcoming work and ensure timely completion.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance planning (or 3+ years with an Associate Degree) in a manufacturing environment, with strong SAP and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 5+ years in maintenance planning or 3+ years with an Associate Degree and 2+ years in maintenance planning.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with preventive maintenance planning is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate maintenance resources to optimize capacity.
• Create and update weekly/daily maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with Operations Maintenance Coordinators for backlog and look-ahead scheduling.
• Ensure SAP data input and reporting accuracy.
• Lead scheduling meetings and monitor progress against plans.
