Indorama Ventures is seeking a Maintenance Planner to develop and manage maintenance schedules, coordinating with Operations Maintenance Coordinators, and ensuring optimal use of resources on-site. The role emphasizes rigorous planning, timely updates, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The candidate should have 5+ years of preventive maintenance planning experience in manufacturing, with strong SAP and MS Office skills, and be able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in maintenance planning or 3+ years with an Associate Degree and 2+ years in planning.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Proficiency with SAP, Internet, Email and MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate maintenance resources for optimal utilization.
• Build weekly schedules with start/end times and durations.
• Identify resource requirements for scheduled jobs from plans.
• Update SAP and participate in scheduling meetings.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental guidelines are followed.
