2B Living, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager in California to lead the maintenance team, manage budgets, and ensure safety, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction across properties.

You will oversee hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management while coordinating vendor bids for capital projects. The role requires 3–5+ years in property maintenance with leadership experience, strong HVAC/electrical/plumbing knowledge, and proficiency in Excel/GSuite and PM software.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in property maintenance, with 2+ years in supervision.
HS diploma required; trade certs or bachelor’s preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems; Excel/GSuite/PM software proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the maintenance team and administrative staff.
Oversee full employee lifecycle in partnership with HR.
Manage budgets, KPIs, and weekly performance reports.
Direct daily maintenance operations and after-hours response.
Oversee vendor bids and major capital projects.
