Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a skilled maintenance leader to ensure the reliability of building systems and adherence to safety standards across our senior living communities. You will supervise a maintenance team, plan capital improvements, and manage budgets to maintain highest care standards.
Applicants should have deep knowledge of heating, plumbing, environmental systems, and construction, with strong communication, decision-making, and urgent-response abilities to keep
Competenze
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize demands, lead a team and make decisions
- Possess a strong sense of urgency
- Computer literate with Word, Excel and online systems
- Fiscally responsible
- In-depth understanding of repairs and preventative maintenance of building systems
Mansioni
- Oversee maintenance of building systems and ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Lead and develop maintenance staff; plan, schedule and budget projects
- Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and capital replacements
- Ensure adherence to state and federal safety standards and emergency systems
