Job summary

Anduril Industries, based in Washington, DC, seeks a Senior Manager, M&A People Integration to orchestrate all people-related workstreams across the acquisition portfolio. You will ensure talent, culture, and HR operations are aligned post-close, supporting continuity and value realization.

This high-impact role requires strategic vision, hands-on execution, and the ability to partner with Legal, People Ops, Finance, and business leadership to drive actionable, risk-aware integration plans.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience with 1+ years in M&A integration.
• Led complex HR integration projects including compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
• Deep HR regulatory knowledge, incl. govt contracting considerations.
• Strong analytics translating HR data into strategies and exec updates.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the People Integration Playbook across acquisitions.
• Lead Day 1 G&A integration and pre-close talent assessments.
• Design retention packages and mitigate talent risk.
• Coordinate HR operational readiness for Day 1 and beyond.
• Serve as primary People Integration liaison with Legal, Finance, and leadership.
• Provide expert guidance on international considerations and policy harmonization.
