- Strong analytical and project management abilities with multi-transaction focus.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Opportunity Assessment: develop business cases and identify acquisition opportunities.
- Transaction Execution: build financial models and support deal decisions with advisors.
- Due Diligence & Deal Structuring: coordinate cross-functional due diligence workstreams.
- Integration & Value Creation: plan post-merger integration and track value creation.
